My name is Eva Lucie Witte, and I am an Iranologist (yes, such a word actually exists!). I received my MA from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark in 2000, and have since then been occupied teaching  Persian language, lecturing about Iran and traveling around the country - with as well as without tourists. Since 2005, I've been living in Iran.

I am passionate about presenting the Iranian culture to the outside world, and I'd invite the whole world to come and visit, if only I could!

Iran has much to offer, beautiful landscapes, ancient history, strong literary traditions, and maybe most importantly, a proud, kind and hospitable population, all of which it is my life goal to introduce to people abroad.
